Writing- The Egyptians developed the writing system of Hieroglyphics, which allowed them to create books and write down scrolls. It increased the literacy of the society more than it was, and gave new job positions: scribes.

Irrigation- Egypt was able to create irrigation systems to transport water from the Nile, which allowed them to farm crops in a wider variety of places.

Papyrus- “Paper” created by the Egyptians, allowing them a place to write down ideas or books.
