What's the difference between a vegan and a vegetarian?

A vegan is : They eat no animal products 
Vegetarian: Don't eat animals, but may eat products that come from them (such as dairy and eggs)

Vegans: They do not eat or use any animal products at all(so that includes hygenie products with animal fat)

Vegetarians: They do not consume any meat products(sausage, pork, hot dogs....etc) and some do not eat fish either. But, vegetarians do not avoid animal products altogether, they still eat dairy products.
