Inbreeding : taking a father to daughter, brother to daughter, mother to son and pairing them together. Inbreeding can cause deformations in the offspring(s). 
Line breeding : Using a 3 generation grandfather to the first generation " grand" daughter. Line breeding helps preserve the qualities one holds that is down the line.
