I think there is a variety of answers to this question, but the most likely is actually to drink alcohol. Other ways would be watching movies, voluntary isolation, listening to music, ect. It really depends on the person.

i dont know about you but i would just take it head on and deal with it like a man, that is is the best way to deal with it.
