The part of the brain that is known as the interpreter is the left hemisphere because it processes speech right.
The left hemisphere of the brain contains "language centers" that are involved in processing and deciphering language, and communicating with language. These areas are called the Broca and Wernicke areas. The Broca area in the left hemisphere is involved in speech production; where's the Wernicke's area is involved in comprehension, deciphering and interpreting speech.
