The answer is 18.6, because when multiplying all the variables with the coefficients the equation is 1/2*6+15.6, 6 turns into 3 because it is halved and the rest of the equation stays the same so the new equation now is 3+15.6 and you simply add them and it is 18.6.

18.6 because one half times 2 Is just 1. 1 times 3 is 3. 5.2 times 3 equals 15.6. Then add 15.6 and 3 which gives you 18.6
