Humans are VERY curious organisms. We question everything possible. In a system designed for us to thrive as humans, it is imperative for the success that we do question our leaders. We do question them, and that is right, but they are still our leaders. We don't question everything, say a law for example, and then say, "Ya know, I really don't think that law applies to me."
Yes, it is right to question your leaders, but you still have to listen to them.
