What happens to the terms of the sequence when the multiplier is less than 1 but greater than zero?

Im not sure what exactly your asking but i belive the only way u get a number less than 1 but greater than 0 is when its a fraction or decimal that cannot be put into a whole number so for example 2/5 or 0.4
