1. The blacks that were not native didn't have connection to their native counterpart they often thought they were superior to the natives. 2. Many times both sides would fight each other and the blacks from America would enslave the natives just like what the whites did to the blacks from America earlier. Liberia and Sierra Leone are big examples of the Back To Africa Movement failing.
