it meant  you can not translate


In my belief, you can tell that the prefix UN means to NOT. break the pieces apart and see. UN means NOT or CANNOT. Transla its full is TRANSLATE. and able means YOU CAN.  

sO UNTRANSLATABLE MEANS: your not able to translate.
