Do you think evolution is still taking place in the Galapagos finches? Why or why not?

I believe evolution still continues taking place in the Galapagos finch because there are only about 2 million codified and confirmed species and there are yet many more organisms to be discovered. New scientific apparatus is being invented more and more which drastically has changed the science world and continues to do so.
