The areas around the equator. The equator is an invisible line going around the middle of the earth. Because of our tilted axis we get more light in some parts of the year, and less in others. But because the equator is right in the middle, the sun goes from east to west in the middle of the sky every day, meaning they get the same amount of daylight all year.
