I would go with yes. For most applications, P values of 0.05 or less are considered significant. If your values is 0.005, there is only a 0.5% chance of that result occurring due to chance.

It depends what the number means.
If it's the number of centimeters of volcanic ash per minute piling up in your yard, it's a very significant number.
If it's the number of inches of snow your city got last Winter, then it's totally INsignificant.
