One rule of logarithms is [tex]log_{b} ( \frac{m}{n} ) = log_b(m)-log_b(n)[/tex]

The square root can be written as n to the 1/2 power, then [tex] \sqrt{n} = n^{ \frac{1}{2} } [/tex]

So rewrite [tex]log_b[( \frac{57}{74})^ \frac{1}{2} ] [/tex]

Following the rule we finally rewrite the logarithm as:

[tex] \frac{1}{2} log_b(57)- \frac{1}{2} log_b(74)[/tex]

Thus, our answer is B
