The rule for multiplying exponenets tells us that: [tex]x^{a}x^{b}x^{c}....=x^{a+b+c....}[/tex]

So:
[tex]n^{\frac{4}{3}}n^{\frac{2}{3}}n^{\frac{1}{3}}n^{\frac{7}{3}}=n^{\frac{4}{3}+\frac{2}{3}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{7}{3}}=n^{\frac{14}{3}}=n^{4\frac{2}{3}}[/tex]
