We have to express the fractions with the LCD. LCD is the Lowest Common Denominator. First we have to find the Lowest Common Multiplicator for the denominators : LCM ( 4, 16, 8 ) = 16. So LCD is also 16. 3 / 4 = ( 3 * 4 ) / ( 4 * 4 ) = 12 / 6. 7 / 16 = 7 / 16 . 5 /8 = ( 5 * 2 ) / ( 8 * 2 ) = 10 / 16. Answer: These fractions are: 12/16, 7/16 and 10/16.
