16 ounces = 1 pound

so 11 pound 5 ounce package weights 16*11 = 176+5 = 181 ounces

packaging weighs 1 pound 15 ounces = 1*16 = 16+15 = 31 ounces

181-31 = 150 ounces

150/16 = 9.375 pounds = 9 pounds 6 ounces
