a.) [tex] \frac{1x}{3} [/tex] + 2
now for the inverse you just make x have the value of y,and y the value of x.
x=[tex] \frac{y}{3} [/tex] +2
x-2= [tex] \frac{y}{3} [/tex]
3x-6=y ([tex] g^{-1} [/tex])
