Jason's long jump was 98 inches. Dougs long jump was3 yards. How much longer was Dougs jump than Jason's jump?

Dougs jump was 89 inches longer than Jason's long jump.

Convert 3 yards to inches.

1 yard = 36 inches

3 * 36 = 108

Now subtract this from Jason's jump:

108 - 98 = 10

So Doug's jump was 10 inches longer than Jason's jump.
