The volume of a cone is pi multiplied by the radius squared times the height divided by three. 

If 3.14 is used for pi:
V = 3.14 * 15^2 (9/3)
    = 3.14 * 15^2 (3)
    = 3.14 * 225 * 3
    = 706.5 * 3
    = 2,119.5 cm cubed

If 3.14 is not used for pi:
V = pi * 15^2 (9/3)
    = pi * 15^2 (3)
    = pi * 225 * 3
    = 706.8583470577035 * 3
    = 2,120.57504117311 cm cubed
