Here's how I got it :
First I added together the amount of Dance group floats, and the amount of Radio station floats! Which got me :
5/18 + 4/18 = 9/18
Then after, to simplify it I divided it by the common factor of 9 and 18, which is 9! So :
( 9/18 ) / 9 = 1/2
