x + 7y = 180 - - - - - a
4x + 2y = 180 - - - - - - b

Multiple a by -2 and b by 7

-2x - 14y = - 360
28x +14y = 1260

Add the above equations:
26x = 900

The value of x is:
x = 900/26 = 34.6°

The value of y can be obtained by replacing the value of x in equation a

34.6 +7y = 180
7y = 180 - 35.6
y = 20.6°

Hope that helps you
