to solve the feet per minute of the equipment, we must solve the velocity of the the equipment. where velocity is:
V = d / t
where d is the distance traveled
t is the time of travel
V = 16.5 yard / 12 min
V = 1.375 yard / min ( 3 ft / 1 yard )
V = 4.125 ft / min
