Why is it important to have roughly the same number of people in each legislative district in the state?

The balance between officials in each state can and will affect the balance of an election or decisions made by the government. The legislates in each state should accurately represent the people.

Equal number of people in a legislative district will need the same number of people because the idea is to have equal representation by the House of Representatives. More people represented by one man is unfair to a lesser group represented by one man.
