The formula for the volume of a cylinder is V=pi*r^2*h 
Since the diameter is 6.8, the radius must be 3.4 (6.8/2)
We can then plug in the given values to solve for the volume
V=3.14*3.4^2*4
V=3.14*11.56*4
V=145.2 so B
