It would be the last table. The domain for the first equation is 0-40. If you use the first table and the first equation the y values are incorrect. Table two has the wrong domain. Table three has the correct domain but the y values are incorrect. Table 4 has the correct domain of 40-200 and when you input the x values of the table into the second equation the y values match.
