Differences between photosynthesis and cellular respiration

Photosynthesis takes place in the chloroplasts of cells while cellular respiration is the process in which living things convert oxygen and glucose to energy and water. They are opposites of each other. In photosynthesis, energy and water is converted into oxygen and glucose.
