Coulomb law  depicts the mathematical relationship between the electric force and the charged objects.

What is Coulomb law?

This law states that the electric force is directly proportional to the product of the charged objects.

The electric force is also inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the charges and is denoted below:

F= kq1q2/ r²

where :

F=electric force

k=Coulomb constant

q1, q2=charges

r=distance of separation
