The Mughal dynasty was founded by the Babur, in 1526. He was the Muslim prince of the Central Asia.

Mughal were the family of the Genghis Khan from their mother's side and Timur from their father's side. They were the ancestors of both the rulers -the Mongol tribes and Iran.

Later on, the Mughal empire was ruled by the Akbar the great.
