You must go knock on their door and give them either your phone number so you can give them your insurance information or give it to them right then and there. If you don't want to give that info, pay with a check or cash so they can get it repaired. Or you can fix it yourself if they want you to. They might want you to do some other things to make up for it like mow the lawn once a week for a month or something.
