How does kinetic energy affect the stopping distance of a vehicle traveling at 30 mph compared to the same vehicle traveling at 60 mph?

kinetic energy= 0.5m×v^2 so the more the velocity. 60 mph rather than 30mph. the longer it will take to stop. So it will be a larger stopping distance.
