How are plant and animal cells different?

Plant cells have "Vacuole" in it, which mainly contains water substance, in addition, plant cells have "Cell wall" whereas animal cells lack of it

Plant and animal cells are different in that plant cells have chloroplasts and rigid cell walls, while animal cells do not.
