Times by the reciprocal which is 4/3 on both sides.

Divide 3/4 on both sides
g= -12 divided by 3/4
Convert the division sign to multiplication while flipping the -12 to -1/12
g= -1/12 * 3/4
Multiply
g= -3/48
Divide the fraction by it's greatest common multiple
