We know, I = Q / t
Here, I = 0.72 A
t = 7 min = 7*60 = 420 s

Substitute their values, 
0.72 = Q / 420
Q = 420 * 0.72
Q = 302.4 C

In short, Your Answer would be 302.4 Coulombs
