Well it depends where you’re from, it can be a president if your county has a president.
But if you live in a place with a Prime Minister e.g. England or Canada, the answer will be Chief minister.
Where I’m from I don’t have a country, I have a Governor and a Chief Minister, and the Chief Minister is the head of the council of ministers.
So it really depends on where you live.
