Answer:

using the formula m = y2-y1/x2-x1

m = 3 -6/-7-(-5)

m= -3/-2

m =3/2

since y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-6 = 3/2(x -(-5))

y-6 = 3/2(x+5)

multiply both sides by 2

2(y-6) = 3(x+5)

2y -6 = 3x+15

2y =3x+15+6

2y = 3x+21

divide both sides by 2

y =3/2x +21/2(equation of the line)
