[tex]s=\frac{1}{2}at^2=0.5\cdot5.4\cdot1.8^2=8.748\ m[/tex]

S = ut + 1/2 *a*t^2 . u=0(since cheetah starts from rest). S = 0 + 1/2 *a*t^2. S= 1/2 *5.4*(1.8)^2 = 8.748m.
