Which cellular process takes place in the ribosome that are bound to the endoplasmic reticulum

Actually no cellular process takes place IN the ribosomes. 
But proteins are made ON the ribosomes. 

And if it's the ribosomes associated with ER, then the proteins are going to be distributed to some other organelle in the cell or exported out of the cell.
