There is a certain temperature at which an enzyme's catalytic activity is at its greatest which is 37.5 oC

Enzymes are still proteins, and as with all proteins, temperatures above 104 degrees Fahrenheit, 40 degrees Celsius, will start to break them down.

Explanation:

The  temperature for most enzymes is about 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit (37 degrees Celsius).There are also enzymes that work well at lower and higher temperatures.
