y - y1 =m9x - x1)
y - 7 = -1/5 (x + 3)
y = -1/5x - 3/5 + 7
y = -3/5x + 32/5

this doesnt exactly answer, but if you go to the website "math  papa" itll help you a lot with math. it tells you the answers. and takes you step by step if you really need it. but it gives you the answers for math.
