       9x = 15x - 12    [Subtract 10 from the both side]

      -6x = -12           [Subtract 15x from both side]

         x = 2             [Divide -6 from both side]

(9x + 10) + y = 180  

[9(2) + 10] + y = 180

    28 + y =   180

            y = 152
