Using LAW OF SINES Round to the nearest tenth. 
Find BC: triangle is laying on it's side with the point to the right point(A).

B to C= 61 degrees
C to A= 23 cm
A to B= 12 degrees

If I interpret this correctly:
Angle A = 61º

Angle C = 12º
--> B = 103º
-------------
Side b = 23 cm
--------------
BC is side a, opposite angle A
--------------
23/sin(103) = a/sin(61)
a = 23*sin(61)/sin(103)
a =~ 20.6 cm
