What is 24x^2y^6-16x^6y^2+4xy^2 divided by 4xy^2?

24x^2y^6-16x^6y^2 = 8y^4x^4 +4xy^2

8y^4x^4 +4xy^2 = 12y^6x^5 / 4xy^2

12y^6x^5 / 4xy^2 = 3y^4x^4 ... I think that is the answer! :)
