Answer:

A)3x + 4y = 8

Step-by-step explanation:

Given expression;

          y = [tex]\frac{4}{3} x[/tex]   - 7

A line perpendicular to this will have negative inverse slope;

  the slope of the given line = [tex]\frac{4}{3}[/tex]

  perpendicular line  = [tex]-\frac{3}{4}[/tex]

 Now;

      the equation of the line is;

           y =  [tex]-\frac{3}{4}[/tex] x  - 7

  multiply through by 4

          4y  = -3x - 28

          4y + 3x  = -28
