their feet are designed to be able to travel on soft ground. It's like the world/evolution knows that the animals are big and might sink so over time, they evolve based on their surroundings. Like, there is this bird where it's beak grew longer to reach the pollen in flowers that grew over time. Over time, we evolve.

Because their feet is made for ground like that. There feet is covered in soft padding that helped support their weight
