Degrees to radians conversion formula:

α in radians = α in degrees × π/180, OR

α rad = α° × π/180

Plugging the angle value, in degrees, in the previous formula, we get:

α rad = π × 175/180 =

π × 175÷5/180÷5 =

35π/36 radian, when reduced to lowest terms.

Note: 35π/36 rad can be expressed as a decimal (not a fraction) as 0.97222222222222π rad = 3.0543261909901 radian.

A: 175° = 35π/36 radian
