8L/4days = 2L/1day, which is the unit rate.

Over the course of 6 days: (2L/day)(6 days) = 12 Liters

first do 24 divided by 3 to get the Constant of Proportionality

which is 8

Second you do 8x5 so you get 45 liters of jam
