g(x) = (x + 1)/(x - 2) and h(x) = 4 - x
(g * h)(x) = (x + 1)(4 - x)/(x - 2)
(g * h)(-3) = (-3 + 1)(4 - (-3))/(-3 - 2) = (-2)(4 + 3)/(-5) = (-2)(7)/(-5) = -14/-5 = 2.8
