Multiply 120 by 4.
120(4) = 480 qt.

The pool is being drained at a rate of 480 qt./min.

there are 60 min in a hour

multiply 480 by 60
480(60) = 28,800 qt/hr

The pool is being drained at a rate of 28,800 qt./hr. (quarts per hour)
