Their difference  = 34

x - [160- x] = 34

Use distributive property to remove the brackets

x - 160 + x = 34

Add like terms

x + x - 160 = 34

2x - 160 = 34

Add 160 to both sides

2x  = 34 + 160

2x = 194

Divide both sides by 2

2x/2 = 194/2

x = 97°

One angle = 97°

Other angle = 160 - 97 = 63°
